Heritage Landing Meet Information

June 9th

Hello Turtle Families,

Here is our meet information for tomorrow’s meet at Heritage Landing.

St. Augustine, FL 32092

Parking will be limited parking. Please consider carpooling. See attached parking information. Please arrive no later than 7:05am. Swimmers and volunteers should check in at the table just inside the entrance. Warm-ups begin at 7:15am. The meet begins at 8:00am.

Heat sheets and entry list are attached. Please print a copy and bring it with you to the meet! Remember to mark your swimmer's name and event numbers on the left shoulder and forearm. If your swimmer is listed in a relay on the entry list as number (1-4), he or she is entered into that relay. If number (5-8), he or she is an alternate; and you will not see their name on that event on the heat sheet. Alternates, please check with a board member before you leave the meet to be sure that you are needed for the relay. There are a couple of relay changes already so be sure to check with the check in volunteer when you arrive for updates.

A few reminders:

There will be a tent area. Feel free to bring chairs and tents.
We will have a limited number of swim caps for sale for $10 each, if you need a replacement cap.
Don’t forget sunscreen and bugspray!!
Please encourage your swimmers to ask their lane timer for their time when they finish an event, then go and tell the Jr. coaches so that they can give feedback and confirm times.
There will be food trucks. Kona Ice, Antonio’s Pizza, Just Doggin' It (will be open for business at 7:00 am see attached menu). Please bring cash. You may also bring your own snacks and drinks.
