Hello Parents!

This Saturday, 5/16/26, is a HOME meet for our Fighting Turtles!

Attached are the volunteer positions you are currently signed up for. Please take a moment to review your assignment and confirm that you are able to fulfill your volunteer role. If you are unable to work your assigned position, please contact one of us as soon as possible.

For anyone who needs a refresher, I have also attached a document outlining the responsibilities for each volunteer position. Please review it before meet day so you know what to expect.

If you have any questions, need clarification, or discover that you cannot fulfill your volunteer assignment, please email or text us right away.

Remember, swim meets don't run on coffee and good intentions alone—they run on volunteers! Your time and support help create a successful, organized, and memorable experience for all of our Fighting Turtle swimmers. We truly appreciate every one of you and are grateful for your willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
