Hello Turtles, 

We're writing to address an important matter that arose during the meet on Saturday, June 7th. Some team members were seen using the non-swim lane side of the pool, even after being reminded verbally multiple times. As a reminder, upon registration, we all agreed to team policies, which required swimmers to enter the pool only with coach or official approval and to utilize the lap lanes only. 

This incident necessitates a collective reminder to the entire team, serving as a second notice written warning as per our disciplinary policy. 

Effective immediately, any future instances of a team member swimming in the non-swim lane area (at practices or meets, home or away) will result in suspension from the next scheduled swim meet. 

We know you're all dedicated parents to your athletes, and we trust you'll help maintain a positive and safe environment for everyone.
