Yes you read that correct!!!!

Our Rivertown team has an unfortunate situation with their pool, which would have canceled our meet this weekend. Thanks to quick work of our board and our great relationship with Murabella we were able to adjust and switch to home. More info will come Friday with the heat sheets but for now here is some information you need to know.

• Saturday 5/17 will be a HOME meet at Murabella against Rivertown ---- please do not drive to Rivertown pool. Please talk about this with your friends or people you talk with at practice tomorrow. We need this message to spread so that kids don't miss an event.
• Rivertown will be running their home meet at Murabella pool. Since all of our volunteer positions were setup for "away" and Rivertown for "home" we are going to have Rivertown volunteers running the meet with our support & guidance.
• Please HELP where you can. Our board will be around helping Rivertown as best we can but there are only 6 of us and cannot be everywhere, though we try to. If you can please give a hand, or help a Rivertown volunteer everything will run much smoother.
• End by 11:15am - We will need to end the meet no later than 11:15am. Murabella has an event starting just after noon so we need to be done, cleaned up (including empty all garbage) and gate closed by 12:00pm. As a team we are extremely grateful for Murabella so we need to do everything we can to be out and all cleaned up on time.
  • Please note: if we run smooth we should be in a good place but if we hit any delays the two boards and coach's will get together and adjust the meet so that we end no lager than 11:15am. We will try to do everything we can to run on time and the full meet as we never wants our kids to miss out but as we know "things happen". I just want to be transparent that if we run late, adjustments will be made and we will communicate with you.
