Our first practice of the season was a success!Weather was perfect for swimming and our turtles really pushed themselves.We are looking forward to another great afternoon of swimming today.

As a reminder, please refrain from interacting with your swimmer during practice.We want your swimmer’s attention to be on the coach. Likewise, if you have any questions or concerns, please seek out a board member on deck and refrain from asking the coach questions during practice.She needs to pay attention to the swimmers and only the swimmers at that time. Coach Heather will be available to chat before and after practices.You can also email her your questions via our team email.

This week Coach Heather will continue to evaluate all swimmers and group them by ability level this week and next. There may be some changes and switches; please be patient with us during this process.

Water Bottles and Caps are in.Board members will be distributing them this week. T-shirts were ordered and should be delivered before the Mock Meet.
