Hello Swim Families! 

We have two changes to our meet schedule. Saint John’s Stingrays are not swimming this year due a delay in their pool refurbishment. This leaves us with a bye week on June 30^th We were originally hosting Julington Creek on June 16^th– this has changed and is now an away meet (at Julington Creek). 

If your volunteer positions were impacted by the two meet changes, you will receive an email or call from Emma Cooksey (Volunteer Coordiantor) notifying you that you will need to change your volunteer slot to a different meet. If you have trouble doing this or have questions you can always e-mail or call Emma .   Emma is your primary contact for all volunteer related questions/concerns. RSVP your Swimmers now for swim meets! Please login to the team website and click on the Swim Meet link in the menu bar. From there you will see the different swim meets this season. Click on each one of the meets and declare whether your swimmer(s) will be attending or not attending each of the meets. This will ensure your swimmers are placed in events. It's very important that you do this sooner than later. Please let us know if you have questions around this process.
